What are industrial vacuum trucks?

A dry and wet substances vacuum truck works on the principle of pneumatic transport (air movement). The vacuum tank on the vacuum truck is placed under negative pressure by the large amount of air displacement created by the blower. The air loses its speed in the tank due to the volume increase, as a result, it will no longer be able to carry large quantities of product. In particular, heavier particles will drop down. The air and product is then thrown against the bottom of the vacuum tank, so the speed decreases even more and even more product drops down. This is why dry substances trucks are also called air movement trucks.

The vehicle adopts outstanding chassis with GCC certificate. Used for the suction, discharging and transporting powdery dry, wet and and hazardous industrial waste. This machine performances well on handling catalysts, gravel, lime powder, fly ash and sludge, etc., suitable for handling hazardous and polluting substances

  • Equipped with top brand of ROOTS blower pump with tri-lobe rotors and lateral injection cooling system, the whole system brings high vacuu m level, large air flow and low noise. This machine can be easily used in complex scenarios such as long distances and ultra-high suction lifts.
  • Remote control operated suction boom telescope, lift up and down, and rotate left and right. It has strong adaptability to the working environment and can effectively reduce the labor intensity and danger of the operator
  • Cyclone fine dust removal system meets less suction resistance compared to traditional bag dust removal system, the suction efficiency is enhanced, and the suction application scenarios are greatly improved.
  • Automatic cleaning and recovery system works on the cyclone fine dust removal system, improve the vehicle operation efficiency.
