Unique Forced Lubrication

An internal forced lubrication system, synchronized with the crankshaft movement, generates an ample amount of pressure lubricating oil.


  • A piston pump system consisting of a crosshead and a crosshead chamber compresses the lubricating oil in each crank, providing forced lubrication to the crankshaft’s large bushing through the inner oil passage of the connecting rod The oil released after decompression ejected into the high-speed gear shaft bearing and sprayed to the back of the aluminum alloy fm to promote heat exchange

  • When the lubricating oil level is low, the oil loss of the gear is reduced, saving lubricating oil consumption and lowering operating costs
